meet the directors

At the heart of Liberta’s re-launch are its two co-directors, Miriam and Miranda. A partnership that unites lived experience, coaching precision, and international business acumen. Together, they offer a bespoke, high-touch approach to recovery, case management, and wellbeing that is as compassionate as it is rigorous.

About Miriam

Based in the Middle East for nearly a decade, Miriam has developed a discreet, global practice - guiding high-profile clients through nuanced contexts with transformative, culturally attuned care. With a foundation in psychology, neuroscience, and over fifteen years in movement and wellness across Los Angeles, London, and the UAE, she combines professional expertise with lived experience of recovery and advanced training in coaching and case management. As a Certified Recovery Coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Brainspotting Practitioner, Miriam brings both structure and compassion to the individuals and families she supports. Case management has become a particular focus of her work, where she coordinates complex pathways of care with clarity, discretion, and foresight. As co-director of Liberta Coaching & Case Management, she works closely with leading clinicians and treatment centres to provide seamless, highly individualised support for international families and the local Arabic community. Deeply aware of the restorative power of the natural world, Miriam integrates nature as a cornerstone of wellbeing. An adventurer at heart, she has climbed Mt. Kenya and Mt. Kazbek, walked Hadrian’s Wall, and has recently curated a wellbeing journey through the Dolomites - experiences that reflect her guiding belief: “If you can climb the mountain outside, you can climb the mountain within.” Alongside her professional practice, Miriam divides her time between the UAE, Europe, and the UK. She loves bringing people together through shared adventures that inspire resilience, growth, and connection.

A letter from the Founders

A Life Devoted to Discreet, Transformational Care

"For more than a decade, we have both worked at the intersection of recovery, mental health, and high-performance well-being - quietly guiding individuals, families, and family offices through some of their most complex challenges.

Our work is rooted in discretion and a deep respect for the lives entrusted to us. With both professional expertise and lived experience, we understand not only the clinical realities but also the human and emotional dimensions of recovery and resilience.

We founded Liberta to offer a truly integrated model of care - bringing world-class specialists together within a single, trusted framework. Each pathway is bespoke, coordinated with clarity and purpose, safeguarding privacy while fostering resilience, stability, and lasting transformation.

Having built a reputation for bespoke coaching and case management where privacy and speed are vital, we remain committed to curating best-in-class expertise, embedding progress in everyday life, and protecting our clients’ ambitions as fiercely as their well-being.

Beyond our professional sphere, we balance our own performance and recovery through creativity, travel, and continuous learning. We believe restoration is not simply an outcome, but a way of being.

Through our international network of trusted partners, Liberta provides discreet case management and bespoke coaching that restores stability, confidence, and long-term well-being.

If you or your family need a partner attuned to both the visible and invisible pressures you face, we warmly invite you to reach out in total confidence."
